Who we are

This website

Static pages. No cookies, no analytics, no third-party trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which sends your IP address to Google for that request. Cloudflare serves the site and processes connection data to do so. If you email us, we keep the correspondence for as long as needed to help you, normally no more than 24 months.

The apps: what is stored where

On your phone, encrypted: your profile, period dates and flow levels, check-ins, memory, chat history, notes between you and your partner, and settings. This uses the device's own secure keystore. Deleting the app, or using "Delete account", removes it.

In our cloud (Google Firebase, EU region): your email address and password hash, your first name, your consent record (which documents you agreed to, when), a push token so we can tell the app something new has arrived, and, if you link a partner, sealed data encrypted on your phone with keys only your two phones hold. We cannot read it and neither can Google.

With Anthropic, per request: when the assistant writes your morning message or answers a question, the app sends the context for that reply (your cycle day and phase, this morning's check-in, your recent cycle lengths, the memory lines you have kept, and your message). Anthropic processes it to produce the reply and does not use it to train models. We do not store your conversations outside your phone.

Lawful basis

Cycle and symptom data is special category health data. We process it only with your explicit consent, which you give at sign-up and can withdraw at any time in Settings. Account data is processed to provide the service you asked for. Partner sharing happens only when you switch it on and only for what you switch on.

What we never do

Show advertising or include advertising software.
Sell or share health data with anyone.
Run analytics on health data.
Put health content in notifications that travel through the cloud.

Your rights and controls

Export everything as a file from Settings.
Delete your account and the phone's data from Settings. Cloud account data is removed within 30 days, backups within 90.
Change your email or password in the app.
Ask us anything about your data at [email protected]; we reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Age

Strawberry is for adults. The current build requires you to confirm you are 18 or older.

Changes

We will show significant changes in the app and ask you to agree again where the law requires it.
